Shipping policy

Every Moments piece is made to order and personalised with the coordinates you choose, so each order goes into production before it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are outside Australia and would like a Moments piece, email us and we will let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Processing and delivery

Each piece takes about 2–5 business days to make. It is then sent by standard post from our print partner, which takes 10–30 business days. Please allow 3–7 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.

Checking your address

Because every piece is personalised and made to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Please check your delivery address and your chosen coordinates carefully at checkout, and email us straight away if anything is wrong.

Delays and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we will chase it up, and arrange a replacement or refund where a parcel is confirmed lost.
